1. Yoga may have limited use on individual basis, and the type of yoga or its asanas etc., should be carefully chosen on the basis of the individual’s health status and needs, in due consultation with the treating doctor and well trained yoga therapist, choosing whom may be a daunting task..
2. Sweeping statements that yoga is effective for all, in all ages, for all diseases and that it is totally safe are not supported by evidence and the practice of yoga on the basis of such belief may not be advisable.
3. There is no data on safety of yoga in young children. Diseases like congenital heart disease, childhood asthma, deformities of the joints and especially the spine, may pose risk among kids.
4. Therefore, practice of yoga in mass sessions or in front of the TV or in school premises, without proper evaluation of the subject and proper interaction with the trained yoga therapist may not be useful and may be even risky.
5. Therefore, compulsory yoga education for students by physical education teachers from class 1, as is being planned by many states and even the Central government of India, is not desirable under any circumstances.

In art of Living, Yoga, Pranayama etc were given by trained Teachers only. No others are authorised to do so.
The teacher is selected after series of tests and examinations. ie Whether he or she is well qualified for a teacher.
The teacher will give yogoa based on the category of people and by caring individual physical and mental status. Some practices are not adviced to particular diseased persons.
For General Knowledge, YOGA makes the body more healthy, powerful and conditions the body to be more immune to any adverse environemntal conditions. it helps the body to recover to natural state at the earliest even with out any medicines! This is proved and any number of examples can be put in fornt of you. One best example is me only. Speedy recovery from deformities cused from a serious road accident.
2 YOGA is effective for all, in all ages, for all diseases if given by a yoga expert. So there is no point is arguing against it. because thousands of live examples are available
3 I have an expample of my student who was suffering from asthma from first few months. after practicing yoga, she is not taking any medicines, and no distrubing health condition is reported. Like this if you enquire any yoga practicinour, you can gather data.
4 If anybody knows the principle of Yoga : Union of mind, breath and action:- yoga can be practiced at any place or in mass programs.
5 Compulsory Yoga Should be practiced by trained teachers from childhood or at the earliest age of a human being so as to improve immunity day by day at a natural way.
They can save thousans or lacks of rupees by spending to modern medicine doctors and also inviting new diseased by swallowing the drugs!
The Guru - Guide -Master -Teacher is VERY IMPORTANT in yoga and Pranayamas! Finding such personalities is not difficult in these days.
